You and I meet together, either in person or using a screen, depending on your needs and capacity. Surprisingly I have found screen meetings to be as powerful as face-to-face so don’t be concerned this is somehow an inferior option. Where it is the best choice for a person it works surprisingly well. In terms of frequency, this is something we work out together. My experience is that where there is a particular concern or circumstance to be dealt with it works best to meet at least weekly to keep up momentum and for the support to genuinely translate into an improvement in your life situation. The primary intention is for you to be supported in finding a way to make sense of and be powerful in your circumstance. The choice of how much and how often is however of course entirely yours.
